Looking for the ultimate summer adventure for your kids? Drop them off at Vacation Bible School for a week of high-energy fun, games, and faith as we explore the wonders of Rainforest Falls!
When: Sunday, June 21 – Thursday, June 25, 2026
Who: Kids aged 3 (must be potty-trained) through 5th grade
EVERY NIGHT SCHEDULE:
5:00 PM | FREE Family Meal
Gather in the Fellowship Hall!
No cooking required—all family members are welcome to eat!
5:30 PM – 7:30 PM | VBS Programming
Epic rainforest games, Interactive Bible stories, Creative crafts ...and so much more!
Registration fills up fast for this jungle expedition. Don't let your kids miss out on the best week of the summer!
SHINE Work Day- rescheduled!
June 28, 2026
On Sunday, June 28 we will participate in our annual SHINE work day! On that day we will have a shortened worship service at 8:00 am, then dive into our projects, once completed we will enjoy lunch and fellowship.
Please note we will NOT be having Sunday School or Bible Study that day, all children must be accompanied by their parents all day.
This year we have 3 projects you can help out with.
Join us as we fill Snack & Hygiene Bags for Lutheran Urban Mission Agency!
Lutheran Urban Mission Agency helps those in need in the greater Kansas City Metro area. Snack Packs provide a little boost for children who may not have a lot of food at home. Hygiene Kits help those in need stay healthy and clean when they're having a hard time.
Join us as we string beads to make bracelets for Liberty Women’s Clinic
Help us keep Liberty Women's Clinic supplied with simple bracelets to share with their clients. These bracelets have been wildly popular and incredibly powerful for those facing unexpected pregnancies.
Join us as we build 50 beds for Sleep in Heavenly Peace!
Volunteers for this project must be age 10 or older and have filled out the SHP Wavier.
Additionally we are also taking donations for the bed build project, visit our online giving page for more information on how you can give to the bed build project.
